What this website does not do
This website is built to collect as little as possible. Specifically:
- it sets no cookies
- it loads neither Google Analytics nor any other analytics tool
- it loads no fonts from external servers, every font is served from this site
- it embeds no Google Maps iframe
- it contains no contact form
- it builds no visitor profiles and runs no retargeting
That is why there is no cookie banner on this website: there is nothing to consent to.
Server data
The website is served through Cloudflare Workers. Like every server on the internet, it receives the IP address of your device, which is technically necessary to deliver the response at all. That technical data is processed for the operation and the security of the service, and is not used to identify you.
Cloudflare, Inc. acts as a data processor and offers data processing agreements accordingly. The company is certified under the EU Cloud Code of Conduct, the German C5 standard, and ISO 27701 and ISO 27018.
If you contact us
Contact is by phone, WhatsApp or email. The data processed is what you provide yourself, in order to answer your enquiry and, if you decide on an appointment, for the dental treatment itself.
WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. If you write to us there, the terms of that service apply to the transmission. For that reason, please send X-rays, photographs and medical documents by email rather than over WhatsApp.
Health data at the clinic
Patient records created in the course of treatment are stored at the clinic, separately from this website, and handled according to the applicable health and data protection rules. This website has no access to them.
Patient photographs
Before and after photographs show the mouth only, never the face. Consent that has been given can be withdrawn at any time, and the photographs are then removed.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected, deleted or its processing restricted, and you may object to the processing. Please send your request to drbesnikshehu@gmail.com.
Changes
If an analytics tool or a new feature is added in future, this policy will be updated and the date above changed. Any tool that sets cookies will only load after your explicit consent.
